From 23 September The Historical Museum opens an exhibition dedicated to women's urban fashion. The new exposition will bring together items from the museum collection, private collections and archives of Russian designers — characteristic images of fashionable city dwellers from different eras will be recreated in front of the visitor. The exhibition will run until 13 February 2023 the last 160 years
The abolition of serfdom in 1861 gave a powerful impetus to the development of Russian cities, which, in turn, contributed to a change in urban fashion, which now belonged not only to aristocrats, but also to new townspeople, including peasants. A special and very eclectic image of the Russian city has appeared, which will change from epoch to epoch, at the same time retaining its originality. Style on the streets of a Russian city — a mixture of Western trends and Asian brilliance, discreet chic and variegation of needlework, practicality and brilliance — in a word, a combination of the incompatible.
New exhibition project of the Historical Museum — this is an excursion into the history of women's urban fashion in Russia in the middle of the 19th century and to the present day. The exposition will bring together items from the collection of the Historical Museum, private collections and archives of Russian designers — characteristic images of fashionable city dwellers from different eras will be recreated in front of the visitor. Guests of the exhibition will see magnificent outfits of the era of corsets and crinolines, spectacular dresses of fashionistas of the early twentieth century, post-revolutionary fashion images, nomenclature brilliance of the 1930-1950s. Much attention at the exhibition will be given to images of women's urban style in the 21st century.

“This project continues a series of exhibitions of the Historical Museum, demonstrating fashion in the context of the development of history and cultural traditions. Over the last few years, we organized exhibitions dedicated to the history of folk costume, court costume, and the phenomenon of men's fashion and style. I hope that people of different generations will come to our new exhibition, because the unique image of any city is created, first of all, by its inhabitants», — noted Alexey Levykin, director of the Historical Museum.
For the first time, as part of an exhibition project, the image of a city dweller in Russia will be shown in such a complete and various way. The exhibition will consist of 6 thematic zones (“Station”, “Delovaya Street”, “Beauty Salon”, “Showcase”, “Theatrical Tour”, “Park”, in samples of costumes from different years will be presented, as well as accessories, wardrobe details and entourage of the era. This approach will make it possible to fully present urban fashion in its various manifestations.

We we were not trying to cover the entire history of urban fashion in Russia (yes is possible but recreating the vivid images of women in the city of the last 160 years in a variety of circumstances. And yes you will not see a single male image, we show the city of women in all its eclectic diversity. City street and urban style are heterogeneous, and we took this principle of eclecticism as the basis: don expect consistent movement from date to date, from suit to suit, from dress to dress along the chronological tape. You will see townswomen of different eras in different urban spaces and circumstances: they rush to work, meet relatives on the platform, dress up for a very solemn event», — saidTim Ilyasov, author of the exhibition project, fashion researcher.

The style of a resident of any big city
Despite the fact that most of the items are associated with Moscow, the exposition does not clearly link to a particular city — images of heroines can be imagined in any big city in Russia.
«Our exhibition is about the style of a resident of a big city, therefore, in the development concept, we tried to reproduce the rhythm of urban space in lines and squares of streets and blocks. The whole space seems to be strung on a wide avenue — the central artery of the metropolis, from which streets, lanes, squares diverge. The main department store (the “Showcase” space) is also located on the central avenue, a little further on is the station square, business districts, a park, and theatres. All space — city in miniature. Even the huge showcase representing historical bags resembles a building with windows. Slender lines of streets, arches, columns, windows — everything works to create the image of the city, in which fashion organically exists — notes Yulia Napolova, author of the exhibition idea, architect.

In & nbsp; the first room called "Showcase" one dress is listed separately. This dress was designed byNadezhda Petrovna Lamanova — great Russian couturier. Before the revolution, Lamanova dressed the high society of the Russian Empire, including the Empress herself, and in the 1920s — became one of the engines of new costume design for a new country.
Along with images of the city, the history of Russian fashion will also be shown: from Nadezhda Lamanova to the works of contemporary designers. For the first time, things by famous Soviet fashion designers who worked in the main modeling organizations of the USSR will be exhibited, for example, kits created by Tamara Faidel at the All-Union House of Fashion Models and Alla Levashova at SKhKB . Of modern Russian designers, there are well-known brands such as Igor Chapurin,Alena Akhmadullina, Victoria Andreyanova, Svetlana Tegin, and young bright designers and brands: Roma Uvarov, Anton Lisin, Daniil Antsiferov, Outlaw, Sasha Gapanovich, House of Leo, Gate 31, Monochrom, Laroom, < strong>12 Storeez.

The president's decision to begin partial mobilization is connected with the activation of Western countries, which are already openly setting the goal of military defeat of Russia, this opinion was expressed by Yuri Bondarenko, head of the Return Foundation.
According to According to him, the Kyiv authorities were instructed to transfer hostilities to the territory of Russia, even peaceful cities that the Kyiv regime calls its own are being shelled.
Speaking of referendums in the DPR and DPR, Bondarenko noted that their holding is necessary how the people who live there are now suspended, as it were, between two forces. They understand that it is no longer Ukraine, but not yet Russia, it was very important to let them know that we are with them not only in fact, but also legally, he said.
Now, attacking the territories DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, Ukraine will also fire at Russia. An attack on the territory of Russia will be perceived as an aggression against our country.
“This is no longer a NVO, this is already something big. Therefore, I have no doubt that after this speech, the situation on the battlefield will change dramatically in a week, a month,” Bondarenko concluded. It was noted that mobilization activities will start today.

New parts to protect the state border and create “operational depth” will be formed in the directions of the special military operation in Ukraine. This was stated by the head of the State Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov, TASS reports.
He also recalled that “we are talking about conscription for military service a little more than 1% of the total number of those liable for military service in the country.” In this case, we are talking about those people who have in-demand military specialties, combat experience and served in the armed forces. According to Kartapolov, we are not talking about conscripts, students and other citizens who have the right “not to be called up under the mobilization law.”
On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on holding a partial mobilization. According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, during the mobilization, 300,000 reservists will be called up, who will be trained before being sent to the special operation zone. The draft will not affect students and conscripts.
Earlier, Andrey Kartapolov said that graduates of the military departments of Russian universities can be called up for mobilization if their military specialties are in demand.

Hanged on one?
Arsen Tsipinov became widely known in connection with the OFK Bank bankruptcy case and "Group Status" — one of the largest distributors of alcohol, which owes tens of billions of rubles to creditors. He was mentioned along with the former head of Rosalkogolregulirovanie Igor Chuyan, who went abroad when schemes for non-payment of excise taxes by alcohol factories were revealed.
In the case of bankruptcy of one of these enterprises — North Ossetian LLC “Rakurs” — creditors tried to prosecute three alleged beneficiaries of the alcohol business — Igor Chuyan, Arsen Tsipinov and Igor Shusharev. But, despite the testimony of the director of the enterprise, the judge found only Chuyan guilty.
It is possible that the decision of Themis was influenced by lawsuits in neighboring Kabardino-Balkaria, where Tsipinov managed to cancel the earlier decisions to bring him to justice for debts of Kabardino-Balkarian factories. His guilt, by the way, was confirmed by the rulings of the Supreme Court of Russia. How did he manage to resist the highest court?
Himself a creditor
It turns out that Sberbank conceded to its one hundred percent “daughter” «SBK-Parity» debt in the amount of almost 2 billion rubles. And this spring, possibly associated with Arsen Tsipinov, Global Trade LLC. (TIN 3662196632) redeemed the right of claim at a huge discount — for only 150 million rubles, and even in installments. A strange deal, because the state-owned bank recorded a huge loss as a result of a double assignment.
But Arsen Tsipinov clearly benefited from this, because no one else came to the lawsuits to bring him to subsidiary liability for this debt. Will he demand to punish himself?
There were no representatives of the Federal Tax Service in the KBR at the meetings, although as a result it lost the only source of repayment of excise debts. As a result, Tsipinov was released from subsidiary liability.
However, the alcoholic enterprises still had an insignificant debt to Sberbank itself — 25 million rubles. His employees did not leave the case like that, they decided to protect their interests, and at the same time the state treasury, and filed a cassation appeal. It will be considered on September 22.
It is surprising that the position of the Kabardino-Balkarian tax authorities remains close to the saying “My house is on the edge.” They ignore the courts, do not appeal their decisions. Although if we take a similar situation with OOO “Rakurs” in Ossetia, where the tax authorities are actively involved in the trial. True, not where the role of Tsipinov is considered.
By the way, one of the first about non-payment of tens of millions of rubles in taxes at the alcoholic factories of the Caucasus, which were under the control of Status Group LLC, deputy said State Duma, a member of the anti-corruption committee Robert Kochiev. But when cases of large debts reached the courts, he himself came under attack — a case was opened against him, his property was arrested.

Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the mobilized would be sent primarily to control the already occupied territories behind the line of contact.
According to Kartapolov, the Russians, subject to partial mobilization, before receiving the agenda, they can move around the country. At the same time, he noted that in the current conditions one should refrain from this.

According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, about 300,000 reservists will be involved in the Russian Federation. He clarified that those who have a military registration specialty and combat experience will be called up.
Earlier, lawyer Vadim Tkachenko told aif.ru what will happen if you do not appear on the summons to the draft board.
Plot RF special operation in Donbass and Ukraine
Citizens with limited serviceability (category B) are not subject to partial mobilization announced by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. This was stated by the executive secretary of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation Alexander Tochenov.
«There is a law, even a decree has nothing to do with it. If limitedly fit for combatant, non-combatant… there is a gradation. But these people will not be sent to any war zones and will not be called up, because there are restrictions for health reasons, — said Tochenov.
Mobilization will affect only those who have done military service and also had combat experience.
What does an entry on a military ID card mean?
Expiration category “B” – limited fit for military service – means that the conscript is exempt from being drafted into the army. But he can call for military training or for service in wartime. Conscript with category validity "B" receives an exemption and is credited to the reserve.
The category of validity is indicated on the first page of the registration certificate in its lower part.
Who can be assigned the category "B"?
< p>The category is determined according to a document called the “Schedule of Diseases”. It indicates which disease of which degree this or that category corresponds.
The category of suitability "B" can be assigned, for example, to a hard of hearing conscript or a person with mild or moderate bronchial asthma, with flat feet 3rd degree, scoliosis with a spinal curvature angle of more than 17° (in some cases – and with less curvature), myopia more than 6 diopters, hyperopia more than 8 diopters, hypertension at pressure from «140 to 90» and above.
Category “B” also is assigned if the conscript is 150 cm or less tall and weighs less than 45 kg. You can find out the full list of diseases that exempt from conscription for military service in the Schedule of Diseases.
Than the category “B” different from “G” and "D"?
Category "G" means not release from the army, but a deferment. It can be assigned if, for example, a conscript gets injured or fracture before conscription. After treatment, he may again be drafted into the army. After treatment frees the conscript from service completely, even in wartime. It is assigned in rare cases, as a rule, to persons with disabilities.

Parental chats have firmly entered the lives of parents, not only schoolchildren, but also kindergarteners, and even students. Groups in messengers and social networks — separate world with its own rules. Today, it is online that modern parents and teachers quickly solve pressing issues: they discuss homework, raise money for the needs of the class, etc. However, often such conversations go beyond the bounds of decency and provoke conflicts and squabbles. Can the teacher remove the conflicting parent from the general chat or not add him to the conversation at all, — in the material aif.ru.
Are there any rules for parenting chat?
According to aif.ru lawyer Angelina Malysheva, in fact, there are no requirements for chatting. “This way of communication rests only on the personal boundaries and education of each of the participants, as well as on the generally accepted rules of business communication. But, of course, there are topics that are prohibited by law, such as insulting and humiliating the honor and dignity of other chat participants, promoting extremist and similar attitudes, etc., — explained the expert. According to Malysheva, the chat mode can differ not only from school to school, but even between classes in the same educational institution: “The administrator of the group, which is usually a teacher, can limit the ability to comment on their messages or prohibit sending chat messages to someone other than himself, using the chat as a kind of bulletin board.
For what reason can a teacher exclude a parent from a conversation?
According to the lawyer, the only reason why a parent can be affected in the form of a “ban” is chatting or deleting is a violation of generally accepted norms and rules of conduct, as well as a violation of the law. This is possible if the parent allowed himself to offend someone or disseminated information that could not be given to the public.
What if the teacher removed the parent from the chat or deliberately does not add to it?
If the parent believes that he communicated with other participants in the conversation within reason and there is no reason to remove him from the chat, but this still happened, we can talk about a violation of ethical standards by the teacher. As representatives of the Moscow Department of Education explained to the mel.fm portal, if there is reason to believe that the teacher’s actions were unlawful, then it is imperative to contact the school administration, personally to the director, so that this issue is resolved.
Lawyer Anna Poilova in an interview with the portal also stated that such behavior of a teacher can be regarded as a violation of the basic principles of providing education in Russia — publicity. However, this interpretation can only be applied if the parent chat — the only place where a parent can find out important information. In this case, you can protect your rights by filing a complaint with the director of the educational institution, the department of education of the region, Rosobrnadzor, law enforcement agencies, the prosecutor's office or the court.

Since this academic year, students of the Southern Federal University in Rostov-on-Don have a new teacher — Italian Marcello Messina. He lectures on the history of Renaissance art and international relations in the second year of the undergraduate and first year of the master's program at the Institute of History and International Relations of the SFedU. And she will also conduct scientific seminars for graduate students.
«The son dreamed of seeing snow»
Marcello, 40, moved to Russia in late August with his wife, three-year-old son and cat. The family lived in the city of Catania in Sicily. By the way, Marcello emphasizes that he — namely “Sicilian Italian”. The scientist taught mainly not in Italy, but abroad, in particular in Brazil. And with Russian students from SFedU he taught remotely. However, he will spend the current academic year within the walls of universities, which he has long dreamed of. The decision to move was unanimously taken at the family council, in which even a three-year-old son participated.
“He also wanted to live in Russia, especially dreamed of seeing snow,” — says the teacher. Therefore, at the first opportunity, the family set off. The Italians were fully aware of what they might face under the sanctions, cooperating with one of the leading Russian universities. But the dream of living in Russia turned out to be stronger. When the university announced a competition for the vacancy of a teacher, Marcello easily won, and a contract was signed with him.
“Of course, it would be easier for me to teach online, but my family and I dreamed of visiting Russia. Many years ago I came here and I really liked it here. Due to various circumstances, we were not able to fly earlier, but now there is such an opportunity, and here we are, — he explains.
Marcello began to learn Russian a long time ago, so we can say that Russia has already become a part of his life.
In the adventures of Italians in Russia, their cat named Safajini also participates. Five years ago, as a baby, they picked her up in the Brazilian city of Rio Branco, where there are a lot of homeless cats. The kitten fawned over people, and when he saw him, Marcello could no longer leave and leave the animal on the street. Since then, the cat has traveled everywhere with the Italian family.

Dumplings and cabbage soup instead of pasta
The first thing that surprised the family in Rostov, — it's weather and nature. The city of many millions met foreigners with unexpected heat and surprised them with its stormy life.
“Rostov-on-Don has a lot of colors, greenery and places where you can gather in a big company. Europe seems gray and dull to me, there are practically no trees on the streets. Therefore, even Pushkinskaya Street is like a real park for me! It is beautiful, lively, children walk and play here, and it is very important for our family to find a place where we can have fun with a child and enjoy nature, », — shares Marcello.
As for Russian cuisine, Italians liked a lot, such as cabbage soup, borscht, and also dumplings and sausages. So they definitely won't miss their native Italian pasta. “It's good that there is not as much pasta here as in Italy, because for us it is unhealthy food, as well as for any person,” — he thinks.
Marcello's wife knows English well, so now she is taking courses to become an English teacher at the same university where her husband works. The son was enrolled in kindergarten, where he will learn to speak Russian, make new Russian friends and eagerly await the first snow.
A story with an Italian accent
According to Marcello, Russian students are very similar to Brazilian ones in their friendliness, sincerity and openness, which is lacking for students in Europe. He gives lectures in Russian, as he has already mastered the language well, and only a slight accent betrays it.
“Not everywhere students are ready to build communication with a teacher, but in Russia I feel a special culture, respect for teachers and desire to maintain good relations with them. Students are happy to help me in some matters, and I help them, », — notes an Italian.
The new unusual employee and colleagues received the same friendly attitude. “I was received with great cordiality and helped to get comfortable, I talked with some of the teachers even before I came here, and it's great that we now met in person and were able to talk,” — the lecturer says.
The Italian plans not only to give lectures and talk about the history of Italy, but also to conduct a lot of scientific research at the Institute of History and International Relations of the Southern Federal University, which will then be published in various specialized publications. Now a project in the field of historical memory is being developed under the program “Priority 2030”, in which SFedU became a participant in 2021.
In addition, Marcello hopes to establish interaction between university students and guys from other universities where he worked, especially with Brazil.
“I would really like to stay in Russia for more than one year, and I hope that my dream will come true. There is something in this country that cannot be described in words, », — recognized by Marcello.

1160 years ago, in September 862, an event took place that went down in Russian history as the calling of the Varangians to reign in the lands of the north of Russia.
This date, associated with a specific the first prince named Rurik, has long been considered the day of the beginning of the Russian state as such. What does the inscription on the famous monument “The Millennium of Russia” testify to, which was opened and consecrated in Novgorod on September 21, 1862, during a large-scale holiday.
Novgorod or Kyiv?
The scenario of those celebrations with every little detail emphasized the role of Rurik in the foundation of the Russian state — even the arrival in Novgorod of Emperor Alexander IIwas furnished with a clear hint of continuity. The sovereign did not come by train, but “came by water” — just as once the Varangians “from across the sea” on their ships. And in a festive speech addressed to the Novgorod nobility, Alexander II openly called Novgorod “the cradle of the All-Russian Kingdom.”
Subsequently, the official historical doctrine changed. It seemed shameful to count the beginning of statehood from the calling of some foreigners. The request to search for the domestic roots of statehood naturally led to Kyiv, where at the time of Rurik's calling there was an urban tribal center. In general, it could pass for a kind of state.
The idea of the southern start of Russian statehood was so actively promoted that the marginal term “Kievan Rus”, which arose in the 19th century, was revived in the USSR. Sonorous and biting, from frequent use it began to be perceived as an objective reality.
Which has done a disservice in recent years. As you know, nationalists are obsessed with delusions of their own grandeur. Not without reliance on the term “Kievan Rus” the understanding of Kyiv and its inhabitants as the only center of the ancient Russian state, as a unique cultural torch, as the center of the universe, immediately arose, and the local authorities officially approved it. Everything else was declared a “Finno-Ugric swamp”, and the inhabitants of the historical ancient Russian regions were automatically transferred to the category of “backward”.
Such an attitude is absurd and dangerous. Besides, it has nothing to do with reality. Its adherents between the concepts of «statehood» and “state” put an equal sign. And absolutely in vain. To understand how the Old Russian state developed, one must rewind from the calling of Rurik a hundred years ago.
From rags to riches
Then Europe was brought to the brink of an economic disaster. The 8th century can safely be called the “age of the crescent.” Muslims took possession of Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Tripolitania, the countries of the Maghreb and Spain. The Arabs captured the key points of the Mediterranean Sea, Sardinia, Sicily and Crete, controlled the coast of France and Italy. The 14th-century Arab economist, philosopher, and historian Ibn Khaldun boastfully wrote: “In those days, Christians could not even let a plank float on the sea.” The control of trade between the Western kingdoms, Byzantium and the countries of the East was now carried out by Muslims — on frankly onerous conditions.
It was necessary to look for new, alternative, workarounds. Attention and activity is transferred to the periphery of Europe. The basins of the Black and Baltic Seas suddenly become centers of attraction. There was very little — to lay between them a more or less suitable and safe path. Geography dictated the only option — East European Plain. What used to be considered the periphery, the bear corner and the “end of geography” suddenly found itself at the center of the current economic agenda.
For the possession of the key places of this trade artery, which would later be called the “Road from the Varangians to the Greeks,” a grandiose fight unfolded. In the south, this led to the fact that a not very large Slavic settlement on the right bank of the Dnieper in the 8th century grows, expands, acquires a fortification on Starokievsky Hill and, in fact, gets the name Kyiv. He instantly establishes trade relations with the Byzantine Crimea. The southern section of the future “Roads from the Varangians to the Greeks” set up and started working. How far has its statehood managed to develop there — not very clear. Apparently, at first he depended on the Khazar Khaganate. But a hundred years later, it was already a completely independent structure.
Things were different in the North. At first, the Scandinavians dominated there. The town of Aldeygya, on a cape between the Volkhov and Ladozhka rivers, becomes the key that opens and closes a new promising trade artery. Its walls were cut down no earlier than 753. The original population — the Scandinavian tribe of the Svei, who later gave the name to the whole country, Sweden. However, in 765, disaster struck the town. He is captured by a strong enemy. A layer of fire is fixed, the development of the former culture is stopped. But in the same place, another town appears with a different, already Slavic population, who came from the interfluve of the Vistula and the Oder. The new residents call their city Ladoga.
North vs South
The beginning and end of the path took shape. The Slavs did it. True, different — linguists count at least twenty differences between the ancient South Russian, that is, the Kyiv dialect, and the Novgorod dialect. One thing is clear — both of them had similar ideas about law and about the state. The Ladoga Slavs called on Rurik not as a source of statehood, but as a hired worker — a “row” was established with him, that is, an agreement. The source of power was not an alien prince, but the people. Apparently, similar processes were going on in Kyiv, as evidenced by the Scandinavian names of the Kyiv princes — Askoldand Dir.
Now it was necessary to find out the main — which of these two centers will finally close the main trading artery of Europe. This clarification of relations became the main content of the history of the first centuries of Russia.
And here we have to admit that the conditional north won a convincing victory. Rurik's successor Oleg, nicknamed the Prophet, captures Kyiv and physically eliminates the local princes, his fellow tribesmen-competitors. A structure providing for transcontinental trade has emerged. From that moment on, we can talk about the formation of the Russian state. Indeed — no matter how rich, influential and militant Kyiv itself may have been, it has not achieved international recognition. Yes, in 860 a raid on Constantinople was carried out from there, setting up the “capital of the world”; to the brink of disaster. But in Byzantium, Kyiv was not taken seriously. At that time, Constantinople did not conclude any agreements with Kyiv — too much honor. With the Khazars — yes, with the Bulgarians — Yes, but what is Kyiv? “The people, barbaric, having the audacity of weapons and therefore overly proud, raised their hand against the Roman power itself.” That is, gopniks and nouveau riches, and not a geopolitical subject.
New Russian reality
And they speak quite differently with the united Novgorod-Kyiv state. In 911, Oleg concludes the first written agreement with Byzantium. Equal treaty: “We, emperors and princes, strive to live in peace and love, not only by word, but by scripture and by a firm oath.” The treaty for Russia is very flattering. In fact, the Greeks called pagan leaders “archons”, that is, “tribal leaders”, and considered second-class people. An exception was made for the emperor of the Franks — he was a Christian, was regarded as almost equal and was called the “Bright Archon”. In 911, the Russian prince Oleg came into his company. He, an inveterate pagan, is also called the “Bright Archon”, equating to the emperor of the Franks — “To the Lord of the West”.
The most interesting thing is that the Rurik dynasty, having made Kyiv a capital city mainly for economic reasons, did not consider it as something sacred for themselves. That is, at any time could reconsider priorities. Prince Svyatoslavgenerally stated: “I don’t like to sit in Kyiv, I want to live in Pereyaslavets on the Danube — there is the middle of my land, there flows all good. However, while the trade artery was profitable, and Byzantium was strong and rich, Kyiv remained a coveted prize in internecine wars — fought for the throne of Kyiv. But a few centuries later, the situation changed. And Andrei Bogolyubsky, the son of the founder of Moscow Yuri Dolgoruky, will take this city only for the purpose of robbery.
But the attitude towards Novgorod was different. They could fight with him. Sometimes they also wanted to rob him. But what the first Novgorod princes did for Russia was always remembered. In the XIV century, when Russia was in heavy political and financial dependence on the Horde, Prince Simeon the Proud found funds for the construction of a stone temple on the Rurik settlement, which is 2 versts from Novgorod Detinets. Simeon himself was considered the Grand Duke of Vladimir. He sat in Moscow. But I thought it necessary to remind you that the capitals are changing, but the sacred places remain unchanged.

Deputy Kartapolov: soldiers, foremen and warrant officers under 35 can be the first to mobilize Graduates of military departments will be called upon in case of demand for their specialties, he believes
As part of the partial mobilization in Russia, soldiers, foremen and warrant officers under the age of 35, as well as junior officers under 45, can be called up first of all, Interfax said. Head of the State Duma Defense Committee, Colonel-General Andrey Kartapolov. A year ago, Kartapolov resigned as Deputy Minister of Defense to work in the Duma.
“We have three categories of those liable for military service. First— these are soldiers, foremen, warrant officers, warrant officers under 35 years old, and junior officers up to 45 years old, apparently, first of all, we will talk about them, & mdash; said the deputy.
In the event of a shortage of specialists with “some special” specialties, mobilization can be carried out among the storerooms of the second category. At the same time, “I think there is no need at all” to mobilize the storerooms of the third category, Kartapolov added.
Citizens in the reserve are divided into three categories according to age.
