S Club 7 – Our Time Has Come Lyrics

We’re moving on, going strong,
With new ideas.
There’s something we can all believe in.

We’re turning back, we’re on the track,
Going down our way,
And where we’re going there’s no saying.

They will tell you to go this way, that way,
Any way but you’re way.
Never let them fool you,
You’re the one who knows which way you’re going.

They will send you forwards, backwards,
They will say what you should do,
Never listen to them,
We’re the ones who answer for our actions.

[Chorus:] Don’t you know our time has come,
And we’re living it up because the beat is strong,
Let’s party on tonight.

Don’t you know our time is here,
And we’re turning it up so everyone can hear,
Our time has come tonight.

Don’t you know it,
Woah oh oh, woah oh
Yes our time has come.
Woah oh, oh oh.

So here you are, shooting star,
You shine so bright.
You were told you’d never make it.

So now you’ve heard, spread the word.
To everyone.
An invitation you should take it.

(R.S.V.P.)

They will tell you to go this way, that way,
Any way but you’re way.
Never let them fool you,
You’re the one who knows which way you’re going.

[Chorus ]

Don’t you know it,
Woah oh oh, woah oh
Yes our time has come.
Woah oh, oh oh.

I know at times, they can be so unforgiving.
And you feel you’re on your own.
But you’ll never be alone,
Our time has come.

There’s a party going on over here,
If you want it.
Throw your hands up in the air,
If you want it.
Come and sing along with the Club,
If you want it.
Hey, hey!

There’s a party going on over here,
If you want it.
Throw your hands up in the air,
If you want it.
Come and sing along with the Club,
If you want it.
Hey, hey!

[Chorus]
[Chorus]

There’s a party going on over here,
If you want it.
Throw your hands up in the air,
If you want it.
Come and sing along with the Club,
If you want it.
Hey, hey!

There’s a party going on over here,
If you want it.
Throw your hands up in the air,
If you want it.
Come and sing along with the Club,
If you want it.
Hey, hey!

Don’t you know it,
Woah oh oh, woah oh
Yes our time has come.
Woah oh, oh oh.

Gotherfall – Skyzofleshist Plastic World Lyrics

In the sky falls the flesh of our world
With wide incisions, we unleash the chaos
Collapsing the realm of souls

Ironseas and boneclouds at lost of sight
The toxic air makes you vanish into night
The dead land we crawl; harvesters of blood
Searching life in the ashes of our earth
Bionic whores and mechanic war
Leading what has been called “world”
Sailing on corpseas; beneath the stars
Which distance is not as far as it has been
Under the darkened sun, life is no more…
Fathers fall, fallen gods, failing from the tattered sky

While insanity rises up to the firmament
And the stellar light turns to slavery
Winter waves dive into decadence
And the irrational comes as a burden

Contemplate the last of aeons!
Funeral transmission interrupted by newborn cells
Corrupted by human aberrations

Sleeping in debris of past creation
Then survival doesn’t remain as an option
No divine intervention will occur to relieve your fears
With angels we fall, wings wide opened
Doomed by burning avidity

And thus the kingdom of men must be covered by
Broken feathers and ashes rains…

Ironseas and boneclouds at lost of sight
The toxic air makes you vanish into light
The dead land we crawl; harvesters of flesh
Searching life in the ashes of our earth
Bionic war and mechanic whores
Leading what has been called “world”
Sailing on corpse seas; beneath the stars
Which distance is not as close as it has been
Within the black sphere, life is no more…
And from the tattered sky fall the broken wings of man

And thus the kingdom of God must be covered by
Broken feathers and ashes rains…

Mike Falzone – Go! Lyrics

-Verse 1-
See the problem lies,
In selling this place.
This is where I sat,
On all those rainy days.
This is where I learn to walk,
and spell my name.

Well it’s always been your court,
I assume it’s your ball.
I learned to live my life,
In between these walls.
*Growing make your mark,
Come on to see how tall I am,*
Now that we’re leaving here,

-Chorus-
I’m gonna go and find a place you can call my own,
Wish each other the best and we carry on, (It’s the least we can do).

-Verse 2-
You see the problem lies,
in moving to fast,
As if we have learned nothing,
From our jaded past.
*I was a fighter and,
You were another man*

And we worked so damn hard,

To afford this place,
Well I can’t stand expressions,
You went on your way.
Everybody knows that it’s almost come to blows,
And now’s a good a time as any,

-Chorus-
To just get up and go,
And find a place you can call your own,
Wish each other the best and we carry on,(It’s the least we can do).

-Bridge-
When we die we go,
When fly we go,
When we’re alive we go.

When we die we go,
When we fly we go,
When we’re alive we go.

-Chrous-
Go and find a place you can call your own,
Wish each other the best, and we carry on, (It’s the least we can do).

Hadestown Original Broadway Cast – The Longest Winter Lyrics

Play this song

He came from the north
He brought snow, snow, snow
In the deepest of drifts
That billowed against the door, door, door
The longest winter I had ever known, known, known
We kept each other warm in the snow, snow, snow

He led me outside and said we should go, go, go
To see how the ice floes piled against the shore, shore, shore
Moving water hardened into stone, stone, stone
Oh, how my blood it rushed, crying go, go, go

Ooh
Ooh

He tended fire, he set it aglow, glow, glow
Maple and ash to cheer us against the storm, storm, storm
And in the evening, light turned into smouldering coals
We kept each other warm in the glow, glow, glow

He whispered my name and laid me down slow, slow, slow
In a blanket of down he pressed me against the floor, floor, floor
Dying embers, in his eyes the show, show, show
Breathless the whole night through, we moved slow, slow, slow

Ooh
Ooh

The days stretched their arms
The south winds did blow, blow, blow
In through the open window, in through the open door
And just like a bird that can’t be kept inside a nest
He buttons up his vest, he’s flown, he flies, he goes, goodbye
He knows that I can bear no eyes
But I will always hold him close, he’s there inside my mind
The cold, we know, it blows, blows

Ooh
Ooh

He came from the north
He brought the snow

Kelly Clarkson – Too Much Lyrics

Play this song

Another day when we don’t communicate
Another hour of mindless numbing boring conversation
Another time we’ve nothing in common
I think I might be losing my mind
It must be hard being you
Yeah, you really got it rough, don’t you?

Will you pull your head out of your ass
And listen to me
Would you stop running your mouth
And try something new
Is it too much to ask for?
Is it too much to ask for?

Another night when you sit and talk about yourself
Another night wishing I were lying somewhere else
I say I’m fine as you turn over to sleep
I say I’m fine cause I know you don’t give a damn about me
It must be hard being you
Yeah, you really got it rough, don’t you?

Will you pull your hеad out of your ass
And listen to me
Would you stop running your mouth
And try something nеw
Is it too much to ask for?
Is it too much to ask for?
Too much to ask for

Did I say something wrong?
Was the truth hard to swallow?
Am I out of line?
Why are you so surprised?
You don’’t know what to say
Let me help you, baby
You’re too much, I can’t take you

Another night when you talk about yourself
Another night whishing I was with somebody else
I say I’m fine, can’t you see
I say I’m fine cause I know you don’t give a damn about me

Will you pull your head out of your ass
And listen to me
Would you stop running your mouth
And try something new
Is it too much to ask for?
Is it too much to ask for?

Yeah, too much to ask for
Too much

Nicki Minaj Calls The Grammys Racist For Snubbing “Pink Friday”

Nicki Minaj is sounding off on the Grammys on nominations day.

In a rant on Tuesday, the Trinidadian-born rapper said the Grammys chose to instead recognize a White man. It seems she is reflecting on her career over the last decade as a female rapper. The post made on Twitter said, “Never forget the Grammy’s didn’t give me my best new artist award when I had 7 songs simultaneously charting on billboard & bigger first week than any female rapper in the last decade- went on to inspire a generation. They gave it to the white man Bon Iver.” She ended the rant with the hashtag #PinkFriday.

Bon Iver is a Wisconsin Indie rock band that ended up taking the Best New Artist award in 2012. Both the band and Nicki Minaj appeared on Kanye West’s rap hit “Monster.” The other nominees for the award were J.Cole, The Band Perry, and Skrillex.

Back then, MTV reported that the band’s lead Justin Vernon “uncomfortably accepted the award in front of the many talented musicians who filled the Staples Center for the award ceremony. Nicki Minaj was heavily favored to win the award for her Pink Friday album, which resulted in Minaj moving from ma mixtape rapper to a global superstar. Bon Iver themselves recorded success as well with their album Bon Iver earning #1 Billboard Rock album and #2 album in the country overall.

This year the the Recording Academy came under heavy scrutiny amid accusations of racism. A University of Pennsylvania Professor of Journalism and African Studies, John Vilanova, in his doctoral dissertation, found that black artists get shut out of the Grammy’s. They rarely get the top honors even though they do get the small honors. His study found “black artists regularly win categories that are considered black music like Rap or R&B, but do less well in the general fields.- album of the year, record of the year, song of the year and best new artist.”

Sean “P Diddy” Combs at a Clive Davis pre-Grammys party in January 2020 called out the Grammys for being racist and said he gave them 365 days to fix it.

Now with Nicki Minaj saying she was passed over in spite of having more billboard hits and claiming to be a victim of the racist Grammy committee’s exclusion, it is left to be seen if the Grammys will respond or change their tactic at the next award ceremony. Nicki Minaj has been blackballed by the Grammys for a few years now.

Never forget the Grammys didn’t give me my best new artist award when I had 7 songs simultaneously charting on billboard & bigger first week than any female rapper in the last decade- went on to inspire a generation. They gave it to the white man Bon Iver. #PinkFriday

Shaggy Featured On The Remake Of Christmas Classic “Feliz Navidad”

Christmas is in the air, and few tracks welcome the season in the Caribbean, like the timeless classic “Feliz Navidad.” Now the celebrated tune is getting a facelift after 50 years, and it will feature Dancehall superstar Shaggy.

The release of the track, which will also commemorate its fifty-year anniversary, will feature both Shaggy and the original composer Jose Feliciano. He will be joining an all-star cast as Michael Bolton, and several other artists will feature on the remake. The tentative number given for the remix is 30 artists so far.

Feliciano said, “The idea of Feliz Navidad was to try and unite the people. My thought when I wrote the song was that it didn’t matter what language you were singing in, the feeling of Christmas is privy to all of us.” The 75-year-old is a nine-time Grammy winner. He added that it was a dream come through for so many artists to come together to help him spread holiday cheer.

It will be quite a finished product considering that the song has just 19 words. The song will be distributed through Amazon Music this Friday, November 27. The recording was done remotely.

It seems Shaggy is feeling the Christmas season this year as he recently released a 15 track Christmas album called Christmas In The Islands. He enlisted some top names in the genre for this project, including Beenie Man, Ding Dong, Bounty Killer, Junior Reid, Shenseea, Romain Virgo, Richie Stephens, Conkarah, Sanchez, OMI, Joss Stone, and Ne-Yo.

Through a press release at that time, Shaggy said, “We enlisted some of Jamaica’s leading, iconic artists to participate, and with guests like Ne-Yo and Joss Stone, who frequent Jamaica during the holiday season, we hope to transport listeners and share how we celebrate Christmas in the Islands!”

Every year Feliz Navidad features on the Billboard Hot 100 and has also become one of the most played and recorded Christmas songs around the world.

Playboi Carti Addresses Gay Rumors In New Song

Playboi Carti has seemingly addressed gay rumors in a snippet of a new song.

Playboi Carti may have just ended a long-term relationship with a woman, but apparently, folks thought he was gay. Fans of the Atlanta rapper are counting down the days until his sophomore album, *Whole Lotta Red*, finally drops, but in the meantime, they’ve become fixated on a fascinating lyric. Playboi Carti previewed a snippet of a new track on the ‘gram, and followers picked up on the line, “I’m servin’ that base / I got me some thots / they thought I was gay.”

Fans were so inspired by the lyric that they began sharing memes that included Shakespeare spitting envy, LeBron screaming, “Oh my God!” And the term “they thought I was gay” trending on Twitter.

Some on social media chose to make fun of the fact that the red-haired rapper tends to wear leather pants and mesh vests, but naturally, his relationship with his ex, Iggy Azalea, also came up. After dating for two years and living together in Atlanta, the couple went their separate ways a month ago.

It was rumored at one point that the pair were engaged after a diamond ring was stolen from their home during a burglary, but, in fact, the rapper’s secretly welcomed a baby boy in May after concealing the “Fancy” star’s entire pregnancy. Iggy confirmed last month that she and Carti had called it quits, saying, “I’m raising my son alone.” She later confirmed that the “@Meh” artist is still very much in Onyx’s life, writing, “Onyx is so so loved by his dad & has always had both parents in his life from day 1.”

While there is so far no release date for *Whole Lotta Red*, Carti has declared that the album has already been turned in.

Mulatto Gets Hate Mail On Twitter For Stealing Wigs Before Fame

Mulatto is facing accusations of being a wig thief.

It is no secret that celebrities get a lot of free stuff. In most cases, they accept the stylish clothes, glitzy jewelry, and luxury accessories in order to advertise those brands, but sometimes it all goes a bit wrong. Earlier this year, the members of Migos found themselves at the center of a lawsuit after a stylist company accused them of breaching a contract and not paying for thousands of dollars worth of designer clothes. Now, Mulatto is finding herself embroiled in a scandal of her own.

The Atlanta artist is being accused by a woman of reportedly not paying for a wig that she received two years ago. The hairstylist allegedly sent over the piece under the pretence that the “B**** from da Souf” rapper would tag her in an Instagram post, but said tag never materialized, and Mulatto supposedly blocked the stylist… “2yrs later Im getting 10k a post & STILL woulda tagged/reimbursed u if u approached me different boo…” the artist, whose real name is Alyssa Stephens, wrote on Twitter in response to a post by Deborah Liani.

“What y’all fail to realize is I have no problem buying a whole different wig on my own and tagging that girl as if it was hers but u not gone talk to me crazy without knowing the facts first & still expect to get what u wanted.. 2YRS LATER.”

After Deborah went public, other stylists and business owners revealed that Mulatto had pulled a similar stunt on them. Despite the backlash, Mulatto didn’t seem too touched by the stealing accusations. In a self-deprecating post, she wrote, “Steal a wig for me daddy.”

2yrs later Im getting 10k a post &STILL woulda tagged/reimbursed u if u approached me different boo..my last hairstylist stole all my wigs when we parted ways &Im still resolving issues today bcus of it..waiting 2yrs for me to “blowup” sounds opportunistic its giving clout chaser https://t.co/UvF1LBV7vn

Jennifer Lopez Accused of Copying Beyoncé’s Grammy Performance

Beyoncé’s fans are far from impressed with Jennifer Lopez’s performance at the 2020 American Music Awards.

This year’s show was a little different thanks to COVID-19, but some parts of it seemed eerily familiar… Jenny from the Block and Maluma, who are starring together in the upcoming rom-com, Marry Me, hit the stage in a sultry performance of their tracks “Pa’ Ti” and “Lonely.” J.Lo appeared as sexy as usual as she belted out the tunes and executed a scorching chair dance routine, but it wasn’t all praise as viewers noticed a few too many similarities to another award show performance by a different powerhouse female.

Back in 2014, Beyoncé set hearts racing as she and husband Jay Z performed their single, “Drunk In Love,” in a dissolution that was so sensual that it had some viewers lodging complaints that it was too risqué for a family show. The routine involved Bey sporting a sheer black outfit, wet-looking hair, and showing off her dancing skills with a chair. It is thus easy to see why the Beyhive has called out the “On the Floor” singer for copying their queen.

“J.Lo copied Beyoncé’s 2013 AMAs performance and no one can tell me otherwise,” wrote one Twitter user. “She did the hairstyle, the poses, the outfit, the attitude… Hell she even did that pre-recorded live s*** too. I’m sorry but Queen B has to sue.” Another said, “So I’m not the only one who was like ‘But wait….’ Love J Lo and she totally gave us #Beyonce at the 2014 Grammys.”

Neither Jennifer nor Beyoncé have commented on the clear similarities, but perhaps the performance could be categorized an homage to the “Lemonade” singer. After all, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Playboi Carti’s Song With Kanye West Unlikely To Be On ‘Whole Lotta Red’

Playboi Carti says his new album is ready and he previews a new song with Kanye West.

After more teases than we can count and what seemed like constant delays with Playboi Carti’s upcoming project Whole Lotta Red, the rapper says the time has finally come. On Tuesday, Carti took to Instagram to announce that he submitted the completed body of work to his record label. He shared several low-resolution photos of him in various odd poses wearing a suit and what I can only assume is some sort of high fashion platform shoes. “<3 . Album.TuRneD iN,” Carti wrote in the caption.

In a second post, the rapper previewed one of the upcoming tracks with Kanye West. Alongside the clip that sees him dancing while bumping the track at a high volume in the studio, Playboi Carti wrote, “OK YE @kanyewest THANK @younglord.” In the 35-second clip, we get a dose of Kanye’s vocals in the intro, followed by a taste of Carti’s opening verse. While he did not disclose the title of the song, the rapper later announced that it was produced by Lil Wayne.

Fans are obviously excited to hear this track with Kanye after anticipating new music from Playboi Carti for what seems like forever. Over on Twitter, the rapper made some cryptic posts seemingly about the album like “OUt of MY boDY ! WHOLE TAPE” and “I told da bit shut up! My son crying,” which could be lyrics from one of the album songs.

In his recent interview with GQ, Playboi Carti revealed that he would be releasing some “alternative” and “psyched out” music this year but said “we’ll see” if the full album will actually arrive in 2020. Whole Lotta Red is the follow up to Playboi Carti’s debut album Die Lit from 2018, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Gold.

Dancehall Snubbed By Grammys Despite Albums From Popcaan, Vybz Kartel & More

Should the Grammys create a category for dancehall genre?

The 2021 Grammy nominations were announced for Best Reggae Album, and the reggae/dancehall community is reacting to the long-anticipated roundup. Before the announcement, industry players weighed in on the forecast, and it seemed there were a few artists who were expected to get a Grammy nod but didn’t. A number of Jamaica’s top artists delivered great projects this year, and their fans had high hopes for them to get the nomination, but critics say a lot would be factored in by the committee for that final cut.

This recently announced Best Reggae Album Grammy nominees are Buju Banton, Skip Marley, Maxi Priest, The Wailers, and Toots and the Maytals. Buju Banton has been nominated a few times and is a Grammy-Award winner already, and fans expected his album Upside Down 2020 to be among the shortlisted candidates for this year’s Best Reggae Album award. The Roc Nation Management-signed reggae singer was perhaps the least surprising nominee. His splendidly produced album was stocked with solid hits and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart.

Meanwhile, Vybz Kartel also released Of Dons and Divas this year, which spawned a number of dancehall favorites and some absolute killer collaborations. The dancehall guru dominated JM Apple Music charts and peaked at No. 1 on iTunes. The project was also touted as the ‘Grammy album’ during its prerelease press. It was by far the most successful independent album as we know that most of the other releases from this year are from artists who are signed internationally.

According to music critic and former Rising Stars judge Clyde McKenzie, the decision by the Grammy committee “may not boil down to just the music,” he told The STAR. Vybz Kartel has released more than a dozen albums throughout his illustrious career, but he is yet to be acknowledged by the Academy. Many believe the deejay was snubbed yet again after Gaza fans already thought his 2016 album King of Dancehall was cheated. If the “image of his incarceration” will play a role in the ultimate decision, as McKenzie suggests, it explains why he was cut out of this year’s candidates.

The dancehall community also agrees that Popcaan’s debut EP Fixtape definitely deserved to be commemorated with a Grammy nomination. The successful freshman album by the OVO-signed artist topped the iTunes Reggae chart and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Reggae. Moreover, Fixtape peaked at No. 94 on the Billboard 200, which doesn’t really happen unless you’re like Shabba Ranks or something. If anything, the brilliant production and on-point international features should have sufficed in swaying the opinion of the Academy.

Popular Jamaican music producer Dane Ray who recorded a majority of the songs from Popcaan’s album, believes that if either Poppy or Kartel were nominated, it would have been a significant moment for dancehall music. “He is an international superstar that has never been nominated for a Grammy before but has been putting in the work, and so we have our fingers crossed for that one,” the producer told The STAR. “Vybz Kartel have a bad album, too, and if either of them were to get nominated it would be good for the culture.”

“As a music that originated from the streets, it represents the core of our culture, not just the commercial or the refined music that we put out,” Dane Ray added. While Clyde McKenzie thinks what Dane Ray alludes to is just the type of hardcore dancehall music that the Grammys is running from, popular dancehall voice Boom Boom tells The STAR the quality of work should be the only criteria.

“Throughout the years, dancehall and reggae have been classified under one umbrella when it comes to the Grammys and for the most part, reggae artistes have dominated the list of nominees,” he said. “Is the work that you put in that should get the album accepted throughout the world and make a difference, and if you ask me, both Popcaan and Vybz Kartel been putting in the work.”

We got new albums this year from reggae crooners Protoje and Lila Iké as well. The latter’s debut EP The ExPerience peaked at No. 1 on Apple Music in Jamaica. Protoje was nominated for Best Reggae Album in 2018 for his album A Matter of Time. His label was signed to Six Course/RCA Records earlier this year. While his 2020 release In Search Of Lost Time had some notable hits, including his collaborations with Lila, Popcaan, and more, the In.Digg.Nation boss didn’t cop a second nod.

Bounty Killer Names Buju Banton’s “Til Shiloh” Among Best Reggae Albums Of All Time

Is Til Shiloh one of the best reggae albums of all time?

Bounty Killer is congratulating the Gargamel, Buju Banton for having one of the best roots reggae albums of all times- Til Shiloh. In a post made on his Instagram account, the artiste posted a photo with the caption “goals salute to the Gargamel @bujubanton and germaine @penthouse_records certified Gold. One of the best roots rock reggae albums of all times.”

The post featured the Gold bordered plaque that frames an image of a young Buju Banton. Bounty Killer has always had a high opinion of Buju Banton, having referred to the latter as among the greatest of all times (G.O.A.T), to include himself and Beenie Man.

Til Shiloh is the fourth album by Buju and was released in 1995 on Loose Canon Records. Many regard the album as the turning point for Buju’s international breakout and also signaled his seriousness towards the Rastafarian faith which the artiste practices.

The album was certified Gold by the RIAA, making it the Blessed artiste’s first Gold certified RIAA award, which was conferred in July 2020 on the 25th anniversary of the album’s release. At the virtual ceremony conferring the Gold certified album, Mitch Glazier, Chairman and CEO of RIAA, noted that it’s “becoming increasingly difficult these days to earn a gold record.” He added that it is also “incredibly significant that Til Shiloh is THE only RIAA gold certified roots reggae album,” which is a significant achievement for any artiste in the genre to accomplish.

Originally regarded as a rude boy, favourite songs on the album- Til I’m laid to rest, and Untold Stories were viewed as the transition from his rude boy persona to a roots-oriented fashion and persona. The album hit the U.S Billboard 200 at number 148 and the U.S Top R&B/Hip-Hop albums at number 27th. It reached the #2 spot on the U.S Top Reggae Albums chart.

The Plaque ceremony for the album was held this year in July, but it seems that the artist is only now receiving his plaque. Buju Banton continues to set the trend with his many plaques and accolades for his work. The artiste recently returned from spending time in jail in the United States for drug trafficking.

However, his past has not hindered him as the artiste has released a new album and many hit singles since his return to Jamaica.

Sean Paul Announces New Project “Swiss Cheese Riddim” On December 4

Sean Paul got a new project coming next month.

Sean Paul’s latest project is one to look out for as the new riddim features some of the hottest names in dancehall, including international artiste Shaggy, Gyptian, and Christopher Martin. At a time when artistes are limited from performing before live audiences in Jamaica due to Covid-19 restrictions and very few touring opportunities existing mainly in the United States, many are turning to producing music as they wait out the standstill in the local and global economy.

This isn’t stopping major talents like Sean Paul from collaborating on new songs. Most of his works are always a hit and a teaser on this new riddim sounds like it’s going to bring the cheese from its streaming target.

Swiss Cheese Riddim produced by Sean Paul’s label Dutty Rock Productions, is due for release on December 4, 2020 with seven (7) tracks. The project features Sean Paul’s song “Make The Ting Tense.”

A preview promoting the album posted by Sean Paul has teasers from each of the songs but the catchiest of the lot might be Ding Dong’s Doin It Big with its bouncy riddim and no doubt new dance which has not been previewed by the dancer turn artiste as yet. The full songs are not available as yet but the riddim is available for pre-sale on all major platforms.

Ding Dong commenting on the teaser, said, “chap dem mi G.” Chi Ching Ching reposting the teaser, said, “me have banger on this one name #hotlikepeppaseed.”

Fans, on the other hand, seem to be attuned to the new riddim, with many commenting on their expectations and also complimenting the teaser with ‘fire’ emojis.

Swiss Cheese Riddim tracklist

1. Sean Paul – “Make The Ting Tense”
2. Agent Sasco – “Swiss Cheese n Cheddar”
3. Christopher Martin – “Smiling is Ez”
4. Sizzla – “A Better Way out”

Trapped In Static – Lost Souls Lyrics

Where you feel safe,
I wanna hide in there, take a ride with you,
Where I can be yours forever.
In a world for you and me with no one else around
When you felt down,

I always held you up, not just a face in the crowd
I thought I ‘d always stick around
But you, again you let me down,
Tonight I am on fire, here my voice I am alive,
We are stronger together, we can survive

I am not going down, I am on fire tonight
I will stick around, be the light in your night

This world cuts like a knife,
But it hurts more inside
When thinking about you, living without you
Wish I could change your mind,
Two lost souls in the night

Where will we go,
Do you think we can find the strength?
People like you, don’t know what they need,
Having everything your way
You say we can be free, but how can that be
With no one to share, no one that cares,
And no feelings nothing to fill this empty air
And we are empty as air

Hauskey – Silver lining

I see the worst in
Pretty much everything that I look at
And I admit that nothing is ever
Quite how I’d like it
Even these words suck,
but I will keep them for you

[Chorus:]
‘Cause you’re the silver lining in all this blue
There’s a halo on everything you do
You put a hole in every cloud I walk through
(Yeah) You’re the silver lining

I could spend hours
Standing in showers washing off dirt
I’ll never get out of
Pulling out weeds that I’d rather not see,
but I guess they can stay there
As long as I get to see you

[Chorus:]
‘Cause you’re the silvеr lining in all this blue
And there’s a halo on еverything you do
You put a hole in every cloud I walk through
(Yeah) You’re the silver lining

All these dark skies fade when I see you
I can’t replace the way you make
These dark skies fade when I see you
I can’t replace you

[Chorus:]
‘Cause you’re the silver lining in all this blue
And there’s a halo on everything you do
You put a hole in every cloud I walk through
(Yeah) You’re the silver lining
You’re the silver lining in all this grey
And there’s a halo on everything you say
You’re the hero in all of my mistakes
(Yeah) You’re the silver lining
